Family and Divorce Lawyer

I’m a family lawyer practicing in Toronto, Ontario and help families withs solutions through out the GTA. I represent and advise clients on all aspects of family law issues that arise from separation and divorce. This includes decision-making responsibility (formally custody) and parenting time (formally access), child and spousal support, property division, separation agreements, marriage contracts, and cohabitation agreements. I have experience advocating for clients through negotiation, mediation, and court. I’m skilled at reaching resolutions through creative solutions. I hold memberships in the Ontario Bar Association (Family Section), the South Asian Bar Association, and the Advocates’ Society. I speak Punjabi and support initiatives that support the South Asian community.
